I was lucky to have Mr Lea as my teacher for 2 years: when I was in Nursery and last year when I was Year 2. He is creative, imaginative and he makes learning fun.

Mr Lea is a top teacher: he is easy to talk to and encouraged me a lot...

Mr.lea!!

I had Mr lea in nursery and Year 2. He is a fun teacher to be with and he made learning more interesting for me. He is a very good artist! Also he has great imaginations as this was shown through our assembly props, art gallery visit where we took A3 sketch pads to draw on. He organized a blog for the children so we could improve our writing. He has a great personality and he is approachable at anytime to any person. He really helped me to come out of my shyness!!!!

Mr lea is the greatest teacher in the world! Thanks for teaching me and putting all the great effort in for us!!

Dan lea is...

Mr.Lea is the best because never had a frown on his face in the morning and he
didn't just give us tests he explained the work in an exciting way like studying
myths and legends but also making a massive minotaur pit in between the work!!!
Overall he's kind,caring,supportive and I think every teacher should be
like him.
Mr.Lea always made learning fun and I just didn't want to leave school!!
Ive had two new teachers and there pretty cool but no one will ever beat
Mr.Lea as a teacher!!!!!!!

Dan Lea helped me on refugee day by making me feel how the refugees feel every day. He didn't let us in our classroom because the government had put a big note on the door saying that we were not allowed in our classroom and we were now refugees. We had to take all our things outside to the playground. We set up a camp but Mr Drew the Head teacher came to our camp and said that we could not stay there and had to move to a different place. This happened all day long and it worried me because I didn't know when it would stop and I just wanted to get back to my classroom. When Mr Lea explained that hundreds of refuge families all over the world do live like this every day I felt sad for them and confused why they lived as refugees. Mr Lea asked us how we felt being refugees for the day and he realy helped me to think about this and about how lucky I am to have a home and a school I can go to each day to learn.Mr Lea is good at making things realistic and exciting and every day with him is different and great fun but I know I am learning at the same time.

Thank you Mr Lea for being the best teacher ever

dan lea is the best beacause he would allways incourage me to do the best i can
and thats what he's done to win this best teaching award for london. but the best thing about dan lea is that other teachers teachers do some easy stuff and they make i look hard BUT mr.lea does hard stuff and make it clearer and easy which is really good and that is why h is my favuorite teacher and allways will be.

MR LEA IS ...

...The best teacher I have had throughout the whole of the primary years because,he is kind and patient. He got me interested in drawing and painting when we did the Big Draw Project. He also organised a fun trip to the National Gallery. He made learning fun and did lots of fun activities in the playground like building the igloo. Mr Lea and I are both very interested in Star Wars and he inspired me to make my own Star Wars film. That was a very special thing that Mr Lea did for me.

Mr Lea is more than a teacher,he is a very important and special person to me.

Mr Lea is an inspiring teacher. He made boring old work energetic, such as aerobic adding and multiple rapping.Whenever we were stuck he would come to the rescue. He gave us excellent and clear instructions for subjects. He is the the most enthusiastic teacher a human being ever could be. He made my little head humengeos with brain power. He made up some fun clubs such as poet reaserchers and pleasure readers which i was proud to be part of.
Mr Lea helped me become the runner up of The Observer Ethical Kids Awards 2008 with my Mini Eden Project. I just want to give a "BIG THANK YOU!" to the one and only Mr Lea.

I was with Mr Lea when I was in year two.Mr Lea is a kind teacher.He help us with our work.He teach us maths,scince,litcery and art.He is a brilliant artist.He is the best teacher i ever had.He has a neat classroom and he is helpful.He tell us good stories.

Mr Lea was my teacher when I was in year 2, and I think he is the best teacher because he made learning interesting and fun.
